I made up a class for a kitbash-Excelsior that I made because the model I ordered came defective. Instead of returning it, I mounted the nacelle bump to the bottom of the saucer where the neck would've gone so that the nacelles and the nacelle struts are inverted. The result resembles the Centaur but is actualy quite a bit different (and looks a whole lot better IMO). I call it Great Lakes-class, and the ship is the Thunder Bay NCC-4512. I even listed other ships in the class and they're named after prominent features of the Great Lakes on Earth, like how the Danube-class runabuts are named after Earth rivers.
