That was an outstanding episode. I liked the flash-forward misdirection at the beginning (reminded me of something Breaking Bad would do) and the last few minutes made me forget how ridiculous it was that Dexter killed someone at an airport.
In all seriousness though his kills have been verging on implausibility for a while now so this was not a new thing.
