Actually no, it hasn't resolved for me. As I said earlier, the people from startrek.de (who manage the replacement program in Germany) have written a mail to everyone who bought the defective set and ask them to send in the faulty discs, after which they send the replacements.
But coming here, reading about how the issue is handled in other countries, I don't accept that. I don't understand why I
should act, when it is them
who screwed up. So I wrote them a mail demanding to get the new discs without sending in the old ones first. I also gave them all the serial numbers on the discs.
Haven't got an answer for almost two weeks.
