I'd rather pretend that
Supergirl did happen, with a decent script and good direction, and was a success with three sequels. But I have a weakness for cute blondes in miniskirts, so that's just me.
Peter Cook wasn't in this version though. Brilliant satirist, not so hot as an actor. IMO
