It looks off because it is.. I don't care how muscle bound you are, that's just a great way to invite injury... Arnold has fired enough guns in his day to know this...
Maybe it's just the angle of the camera, but as somone who has fired shotguns before, that is NOT the way you hold it.. The kickback would be a killer.
