Today, after four weeks on the sick, I finally went back to work. I more or less survived the day (just one bad moment of postural hypotension) and cut about an hour off, as part of my 'graduated return to work'.
That meant I got home with enough energy left to go to my belly-dance class. Here's the proof!
I started belly dancing a few years ago and loved
it. Unfortunately, I injured my neck (yes, my neck
), and by the time I had finished physical therapy and was ready to return to class, the place had gone out of business.
