T is for Tiberius. Kirk's middle name. Alledgedly for his grandfather.
U is for Uhura, the Platonians "made him" kiss her.
V is for Valiant, the late-21st century early warp vessel that Kirk and the Enterprise found the recorder marker of during their first year together in space.

Y is for Yeomen, which Kirk had on the Enterprise.
