As I said before, Space Command
will be paying people, which will make it possible for them to treat the work like a job for a period of time. On Polaris
it's all volunteer labor, so we can't just sit down and put 40 hours weeks in. Yes, we have principle photography finished, but these sci-fi shows have tons of post-production. If this show weren't laden with VFX and sound effects it would be done already. For example, there are something like 15 shots with visual effects elements in the opening scene, not counting what's on the viewscreen or cuts of the spaceships from the outside.
