Well, remember--as L'Haan noted, duplicity or not, this won't have much on a bearing as to whether Ezri herself
is guilty/innocent of the charges. As far as galactic politics are concerned, it'll make little difference whom the crew consisted of, if she did
violate interstellar law. It may cause a couple charges to be dropped--but it woldn't acquit her of everything.
acquit her would be proof that the Breen ship specifically intended
to breach the border, head to the colony, etc.
Your theory on the dissidents is most fascinating. I'll take that under consideration for future storylines.
