Then why is everyone just
now having a problem? I mean, my email isn't even being recognized to reset my password. There's apparently no humans who work at Cryptic to ask and their "live chat" function doesn't work. To report any issues with any sort of assurance that someone will look at it I have to log in...which I can't do. The only response I get from anywhere is a canned response from Perfect World on how to reset my password...which isn't the problem. It's Cryptic.
