That is hilarious. There's a TNG one too that's equally hilarious.

As a side note, am I the only one that loves the bit of accent that Janeway has when she says "Buenos Aires" at the end of "Renaissance Man" in season 7?
I haven't seen the TNG one, I mostly look for Voyager stuff when searching trek vids. Janeway/Cartman just put me in stitches. It appeals to me to imagine Janeway's post endgame debriefing with the admiralty going something like that.
