I have fond memories of The Rift, pleased as I was at the time to get a novel set during the same period as PAD's run on the DC Star Trek comics series. Even now, novels set on the 1701-A are pretty rare.

I picked up Tales of the Dominion War on sale a while ago, and I've finally gotten around to reading that. Like any anthology, it has its ups and downs, with a few standout stories so far (David Mack's comes to mind), and one story that I hated (despite an appealing premise) because I couldn't stand the writing style.
