Four new ship classes were created for Star Trek: First Contact and were involved in the fight with the Borg cube. They were the Akira, Saber, Steamrunner, Norway.

My bet would be on the Akira since its a hot fan favorite and inspired the design of the NX-01. The Steamrunner is a distant second possibility.
