If I recall, you need 50 posts, and 2 weeks since registration. So, you're up to 46 posts, only 4 more to go, but, you still have a week to go before your Avatar access is available
I too, hit my 50 posts, before my two weeks was up, and was frustrated, there was nothing I could do but wait until enough time had passed.
