I got through The Castle of Otranto
over yesterday and today. It's nice and short, which is good because it's also really not all that great. I mean I know it's the first Gothic novel, but still.
Next up on the 100 Great Novels list is Pride And Prejudice
I also want to read some Dickens, seeing as how it's the bicentennial of his birth this year, and since I got the latest biography by Claire Tomalin. I'm thinking of Nicholas Nickleby

, and Our Mutual Friend
