When you state an opinion as an absolute, be prepared for criticism to support your claim. Sure, family connections help, but he isn't going to continue getting parts again and again because mom says so (especially if mom isn't in any way connected to a production).
If you suck, you suck and people won't hire you. No parent actor is
that respected. Sorry, it doesn't work the way you suggest no matter who your parent is to the length it has for TS's career.
Now, you may not like him as an actor, which is fine. But don't confuse your bias with nepotism.
