I took this chicken recipe right off Julia Child's 1963 French Chef "Chicken Breasts & Rice" episode (followed along as she walked through it - though she made a risotto where I did basmati). Despite its rather bland appearance, it bursts with flavor. The chicken cooks in a saute vegetables and butter base, chicken broth and red wine are added - thickened with a corn starch and heavy cream and then baked. mmm mmm good!
