Just goes to show you don't have to be a huge fan or a fan at all... sometimes to still understand how to write the characters. It would appear that the creative team was chosen based on their talent rather than any knowledge of the series or characters which is a fresh way to pick a team. I've enjoyed Angel and Faith a lot more than I have Buffy Season Nine so far.
