I think you're referring to the Indian Hills, Nevada, chapter, which was originally the Devil's Tribe before being patched in, but I can't recall if that MC had any black members or not.

have seen them this year, in episode 2. Marcus Alvarez was the one who introduced Clay to Romero Parada.
