Lack of tactical sense in the Vorta didn't surprise me at all. But the Breen guy? He must really be only a diplomat, because I can't imagine someone so stupid to order to attack a dangerous species could be a part of dangerous warrior species himself. The Breen seemed to have more tactical sense than that.

However, I must admit that Japanese words take me out of the story. Otaku and Ayaka are real Japanese words and I have problems associating them with an alien race in red bubble ships

And yes, adding additional spaces between paragraphs would make it easier to read.
