I read it and was very impressed. I can't wait for the next book, however:

after I had finished reading this, I wondered if the next novel would be the first Vanguard novel without Diego Reyes, but this morning I realized that Diego, if it remains a retelling by Tim, would still be in the novel, just not part of the [main?] story.
