That and the interstellar medium-like density are my major problems with the relaunch.

I mean, there are a few properties that seem relatively cleanly rebooted--the Superman family, Blue Beetle--or relaunched in a very new reader friendly way, even though it's possible the old continuity holds--Animal Man, Batwoman sort of--but for every incidence of them doing it right, you've got one of the Legion books, or Swamp Thing.
