Last night was lasagna. It was a little
too heavy on the meat and a little light on the spices (I should have used a bit more rosemary).
Tonight was pan-fried chicken breasts (the breading comprised white flour, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, seasoned salt, garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, basil and Old Bay) with simmered sweet corn and stuffing. (Had to go with the quick-mix stuffing, Stove Top-esque -- my red potatoes had gone bad and I had nothing else to prepare.)
