Tara Reid joins the cast of the sequel as the script undergoes a polishing treatment.
Meanwhile, actress Tara Reid has also joined the cast. Reid, mostly famous for her tabloid image in recent years, has been booking projects quickly this week as she's also jumped onboard "American Reunion", the fourth "American Pie" film.
With 'Piranha' she joins a cast that includes "Glee" star Mark Salling and "Camelot" actress Tamsin Egerton. John Gulager directs and shooting kicks off soon in Baton Rouge.
