Robin doesn't have to be young but he does need to be written and acted well. Neither of these were to be found in "Batman Forever" or "Batman Forever".
Well, yes. Though, I'll defend "Batman Forever", it certainty has it's very weak parts. Though I think the set-up and introduction of Dick was handled very well. However, the follow-through was shoddy.
And in "Batman Forever" (
), the conflict that Robin and Batman have is, again, nicely set-up, but the follow-through execution was incredibly lackluster.
