At the risk of launching a canon war, I've updated the communicators from TOS (I needed the equivalent of a camera phone for a
Trek picture I'm working on) with a touchscreen, smartphone controls and
2 cameras, one inside and one outside, like an iPhone. I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out, and pleasantly surprised at how well the Engineering spiral logo works as a 'brand' on the back of the case
