I am having breakfast. As usual it is large and reasonably healthy.
An egg and half a rasher of bacon on an multigrain English muffin.
A kiwi fruit and some strawberries topped with Greek yogurt.
Two rice cakes spread with tuna (tomato and basil flavour)
A small piece of cheese
A glass of skim milk
I find that if I have a large breakfast my totally daily calorie intake tends to be smaller.
