So much to like here - the fatigue and concern that any good physician might feel, amplified by the clash of cultures and differing physiology. Add in the suspicion that still exists between the Starfleet people and the Cardassian crew and the good doctor's job becomes that much more difficult.
Interesting to listen in on his thoughts rather than a more sterile (and highly edited) log entry. I enjoyed this!
