Re: Star Trek: War Aftermath (my own DS9 relaunch)

Something killed an officer, so the other one put his hand recklessly and... got killed at once too. He wasn't very smart, was he?
Well, Star Trek redshirts don't always seem so smart.

And Nog lying straight to Ross's face? Oh my! It felt a little bit out of character. He was a Ferengi, but the Academy trained him well, and I don't think he'd do that. He'd rather writhe under Ross's gaze, trying to cover Kira's plans
Maybe so, but it would how Nog has matured as a Starfleet officer, putting loyalty to his fellow officers ahead following regulations to tee.

But beside these little things I really liked it and I surely will read the sequel

PS. I made up the same Cardassian name as you: Corak. I've given such name to a Gul in my story
Corak was originally the name of one of glinns in "Chain of Command, Parts 1 & 2" There's also a Pirak, but not the same Pirak as mentioned in canon.

Thanks for the reviews. This first story was my first foray into fan-fiction writing. The sequel will have more complex storylines and more complicated machinations
"Desperate Alliances" are forged.
Join the hunt to stop "Omega".
