The herbal tea I used for this batch was Celestial Seasonings' Country Peach Passion.
Basically, take a pitcher of water (I usually filter it through the Brita first) and add four tea bags. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight, and in the morning remove the tea bags. (Though, you can remove them whenever you please).
It's not too sweet, but it's better than plain water.
