A question though -- will you be cleaning, or covering the original bucket seat for the captain's chair? I assume you will be doing something, but if I may be so bold, Amazon sells bucket seat covers relatively cheaply and would work perfectly on the seat you incorporated in to the set. Obviously a black seat cover would gel well with the already-in-place black color-scheme of the seat frame and the rest of the set. Perhaps something like
