Nope...
The real guitar controller has sensors in the neck so the game knows which string is pressed on what length...
But there will be a adaptor for keyboards and electric drums so you can use them with the game...

I was reading the IGN preview and it looks like the guitar communicates with the game using MIDI. So I can get a MIDI adapter for my guitar and that could work for in-game.
