The nope. Neither were due to internet campaigns.
The Donner cut was due to fan support of it, but not a campaign. Also Donner himself always wanted to get his version out and it was REALLY just a marketing ploy to promote Superman Returns.
I interviewed Shatner for IGN back when the STV CE DVD came out, and it sounded as if that ship (a director's cut) had already sailed. Paramount isn't interested at all and won't pony up with the money for it in any way. Ever.
