I didn't have any dinner last night apart from a bit of ice-cream, because I really overate hugely earlier in the day. I had a magnificent lunch - a smashing smoked salmon salad accompanied by a refreshing Alsation Pinot Blanc, and then probably the best roast fillet of beef I've ever had, with sauteed Jersey Royals and purple sprouting broccoli, paired with a smashing full-bodied and dense Cote-Rotie. Rhubarb crumble with a light custard for dessert.

A smashing broccoli salad with by a light and blanc salmon. Followed by best roast fillet of alsation with full bodied smoked rhubarb, and sprouting Jersey Royals sauteed in Pinot and Cote-Rotie. Then beef crumble with dense purple custard for dessert.
The only thing I take away from seeing it mixed up is that I typo'ed Alsatian in my first post.
