Great idea for a movie, except for one thing I saw in the trailer that got me;
ghosts cannot be destroyed. Ghost energy is like any other energy, and so, just like
Ghostbusters, the ghosts would have to be caught and contained. Unless maybe the 'ghosts' aren't really that, but are like the being made of nanites from the movie
Virtuosity.
