In that case, they're going to ignore your diagnostics and drag their feet. They'll send you a standard form email in response to your email. You'll need to call them and talk to a Supervisor. Otherwise, you'll be lucky to get your hard drive in the next two weeks.
They're supposed to call me back at 6:00 (shortly after I get home). If not, I'll call them. I will get my hard drive.

Make sure you hold their feet to the fire. You are very low priority because you just have a standard warranty. Make them get your drive to you as fast as possible.
