Would you believe I am a huge fan of these movies but have never seen the extended editions? Maybe I'm not as huge a fan as I think.
What basically happened was I couldn't wait for the EEs so I bought the theatricals as soon as they were available. Then I couldn't justify the extra expense for the EEs.
This time around I may actually wait for the EEs.
