That's the weird thing. Honestly, I think they failed at this. I mean, Marina's "assets" looked bigger in 2002 when she was on the red carpet for Nemesis than they ever were in the series. |
I tend to agree, actually. The space fashions they used for Troi's dresses in early TNG weren't always flattering to her proportions in my opinion. Still, it's pretty obvious that the costumes were intended to up the eye candy quotient.
