Cardio-wise, I may have reached a plateau phase. On the other hand, I've noticed minor improvements in muscle tone (shoulders, chest, delts, buttocks) after having done more push-ups (using Perfect Push-Up Handles) and doing dips and some resistance training here and there. I'm still light-years away from having a perfectly athletic body (which isn't something I expect to have anyway), but I'm beginning to feel fitter and more confident.
