Well last night we did Chicken Breast (cubed) fried in olive oil with chopped garlic/red bell pepper/red onion, a side of garlic mashed potatoes, side of romaine lettuce and a slice of bread. I ate this after my P90X workout. Then I went and helped my buddy drywall his new house for about 5 hours until midnight... this necessitated a not too healthy trip to McD's for a 2-Cheeseburger meal... I'm not proud of myself
But our dinner was delicious!
