Yes, that first one I had last night was spice lacking somehow; the others were much richer. Probably my rough mixing was to blame. I did about even volumes of potatoes and peas, with some white onion too, and it seemed about right. Maybe more onion if anything. Flavours were chilli, cayenne pepper, paprika, coriander, thyme, salt, and I think that was it. The hardest part was folding them into roughly pyramidal shapes without them falling to bits.
I could get used to this asian cooking thing though. I wonder what I should try next.
