In the episode "Ensign Ro," yes...two Cardassian ships pulled a border-crossing sneak attack on the Solarion IV colony and tried to pin it on a Bajoran terrorist by the name of Orta. Gul Dolak was identified as one of the aggressors. I chose to identify the other one as Gul Rusot--who was indeed the one that got the wrong end of Damar's disruptor later on.
