I've been trying to walk 2 miles in 40 minutes
that would require an average speed of 3mph
I'm almost there, but the best I've been able to do is 1.8-1.9 in 40 minutes
I have short legs and I'm not very flexible, so I have to work on my stride so that walking at, say, 3.2 mph on the treadmill feels natural instead of OMG I"M GONNA FALL OFF THIS THING!
haven't gotten to the point where I'm comfortable running . . . I need a bra for my belly or something
