I have been having some seriously crappy workouts the last week or so. I don't know why, but I just have no energy.
I've been the same through the week which made me really lazy - though for some reason tonight I couldn't tear myself away. I've probably had the best workout in a while thanks to a sudden mood change
Though mirrors are my enemy... not in a bad way, I just keep taking a moment out to check myself out. Vanity attacks
