I did 20 minutes on the elliptical on wednesday
not a good idea . . .
it doesn't sound like a lot, but considering I have a desk job and nothing resembling a regular workout schedule for several years, my legs are killing me . . . stairs are the worst at the moment. I feel like I need a cane
I did keep a steady heart rate and breathing pattern, but my legs just weren't ready for the equivalent of walking uphill in sand for a mile
not quitting, just have to ease into it . . . I want to get in shape, anything other than round will be good
