Training Heavy: Mon: chest, cardio, abs ; Tues: Off; Wed: Back; Thurs: Cardio and abs. I'm having a few elbow probs. I might not do upper body for a week.
Ouch - it's amazing how we take things like our elbows for granted until they decide to act up on us.
I'm certainly less inclined to bash Voyager now, it is not nearly as bad a show as many people make it out to be. - TheGodBen
