Do you understand the scale of the mega-engineering project you are proposing, and, are you aware that there are other methods which are much more plausible and less expensive to accomplish the same goal;

say for instance; just converting over to geothermal energy and quitting

Building a space bridge and then pumping water straight to orbit would be a smaller task and would fix the problem more directly by depositing water vapor where it can be zapped into o3.


Alternately, you could build a 75 mile tall windsock a mile or three in diameter and create a new super volcano somewhere 10 meters below sea level.
