And now for possibly one of the most underappreciated songs of all time:
Trip Through Your Wires from The Joshua Tree - It sounds slightly out of place on the album, and it took forever for it to grow on me, but I love it.
Good pick. The Joshua Tree
would be on my short-list for the best album ever. I also think the One Tree Hill on that album is sort an overlooked gem.
My pick for an underappreciated/overlooked song: Train in V
ain on the London Calling album by The Clash. IIRC, not even listed on the album jacket, but just there at the end of one of the LP sides. More pop-oriented than the rest of the album, but a really spiffy piece of music.
