I'd say at least a two-year wait until anyone is made a GBOW for a second time. Or perhaps it would be better not to have second appearances as regular GBOWs but rather to have a big run-off at some stage of the top GBOWs from all of the preceding years. |
I'd say never. There are a great many of women that have not been featured yet.
