"Tomorrow is Yesterday" gave me the giggles. I love how Spock's scanner turned into a spinning circular Rebel flag. :D

And now it's gone! The Immunity Syndrome is pretty good though (and still there ;))

After seeing the Errand of Mercy gag reel, I think we should invite him round to do some caption contests.

I like the voices he used, for Spock and Sulu especially, and Backus' "It's the only way to fly" is even funnier if you remember that it was also Western Airlines' tagline at the time Star Trek's original run.

Also liked the use of the Tijuana Brass' Casino Royale theme for "The Immunity Syndrome".

The G4TV bits were hilarious... and then a few people gave their hand a try at doing Mego Star Trek spoofs. Most are crappy... but these two are worth one run:
